How It Works
Purpose on Top, Eight Principles Beneath It, and Tools for Every Shift.
P2-Driven HSE is a frontline leadership system. It works inside the procedures, software, and safety team you already have.
The System
Three Parts, One Daily Goal
Every line of your business is different. The daily goal is the same for every crew on every site: Do the Job Right and Go Home Unharmed Today.
The Eight Principles
Built From Thousands of Incident Investigations
Each Principle comes from the common threads Jesse found in the incidents he investigated. Each one carries a Key Question a leader can ask on any site, starting with the person in the mirror.

The Plan
Three Steps
2 to 4 weeks
Understand the Working Reality.
Jesse walks your sites, talks with crews and leaders, and reviews your incident, observation, and EMR data. You get a map of where the plan and the work drift apart, and a 90-day plan to close the Gap.
3 to 6 months
Set the Purpose and Principles.
Your leaders define a vision, mission, and values crews can say out loud. Supervisors learn the eight Principles and the question behind each one.
Monthly, ongoing
Put It in the Field.
The Boots On The Ground tools go live, the General Orientation gets rebuilt around your top risks and your Purpose, and field coaching keeps it in place.
What an Engagement Includes
Every Engagement Starts With the Working Reality.
Working Reality Assessment
Field visits, crew and leader interviews, and a review of incident, observation, and EMR data, scored against the eight Principles. You get a map of where the plan and the work drift apart, plus a 90-day plan.
For private equity owners, it runs company by company on one scorecard, and it also works as pre-acquisition diligence.
Purpose & Principles Rollout
Your leaders set the vision, mission, and values. Supervisors learn the eight Principles. The Boots On The Ground tools go live, and the General Orientation gets rebuilt around your top risks and your Purpose.
For project owners, the rollout lines up with each project’s kickoff.
Field Coaching
Time on site with supervisors and crews, after action reviews, and a monthly metrics review with leadership.
Private equity owners add quarterly board reporting. For project owners, it runs through closeout.
